Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an analytical professional to support enterprise data platform operations. This role involves process optimization, cloud cost management, automation, and infrastructure development.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including platform engineering, data engineering, and vendor partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.
  • Support FinOps initiatives, including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platform products.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Big data analytics platform experience.
  • Advanced FinOps or cloud cost management knowledge.
  • Utilities/Energy industry experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or operational excellence frameworks.
  • AWS / FinOps certifications.
