Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Initiation:
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies that align with client requirements and organizational objectives.
    • Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Design Coordination:
    • Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts that meet client expectations and budget constraints.
    • Oversee the development of technical drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
    • Establish and monitor project budgets, identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing effective cost management strategies.
    • Approve procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management:
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and installation processes, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Construction & Installation Oversight:
    • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
    • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
    • Address and rectify non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Schedule & Timeline Management:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
    • Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication:
    • Maintain transparent and regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing status updates and reports.
    • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
    • Address unforeseen issues proactively, implementing effective solutions to prevent project delays or scope creep.
  • Post-Project Closeout:
    • Conduct final inspections and obtain approvals from clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful project closure.
    • Gather client feedback and conduct post-occupancy evaluations, enhancing future project delivery and improving organizational performance.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Education:
      • Relevant degree in a field related to project management, design, or construction.
    • Experience:
      • At least 5 years of experience in a project management or design role, preferably in the modular furniture manufacturing industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of steel structures and furniture concepts.
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
