Job Opportunity:

As a Senior Project Management Officer, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the delivery team to identify new demands, managing project execution operational matters, and coordinating with the talent acquisition team for recruitment and hiring.

  • Collaborate effectively with the delivery team to identify new demands and work on all project execution-related operational matters.
  • Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to facilitate the recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Develop and implement high-level dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Chair regular meetings with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive business decisions and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in PMO.
  • Must have experience working with an IT services company.
