  • Identify risks and issues, prepare mitigation plans, and resolve problems as they arise.">
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and MIS updates, conduct post-project evaluations.">

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA / Masters in Project Management is highly valued.">
  • Certifications such as PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 / IPMA are desirable.">
  • Core skills: leadership, time and financial management, risk and problem-solving, negotiation, adaptability.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication, capable of engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.">
  • Technical proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence.">
  • Domain experience (IT software, infrastructure) is desirable.">
