About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as Senior Manager – PPM. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic planning, performance management, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the planning and performance cycle in our organization. This includes managing budgets, providing analytical insights, tracking targets and productivity, and governing financial controls.

As a Senior Manager-PPM, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to drive business growth and improve organizational efficiency. Your expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and process improvement will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process, including policy development, data analysis group adherence, ZBB reviews, and one-year plan management.
  • Leading the cycles of three-year, one-year, and other key planning cycles.
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Providing deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Applying organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Working with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of the People team.

Qualifications

Education level and/or experience:

  • MBA in any specialization from a top-tier B-School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
