Wind Turbine Installation Specialist

As a Mechanical Incharge, you will be responsible for the successful execution and installation of wind turbine generators at our project site.

  • Sites Operations & Installation Oversight: Plan and execute daily site activities based on project plans. Manage crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement.
  • Technical Supervision: Supervise WTG installation activities, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and specifications. Allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and equipment.
  • Inspections and Compliance Management: Conduct site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance. Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
  • Site Coordination and Resolution: Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks. Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones. Resolve execution and commissioning queries through cross-functional coordination.

Mechanical & Technical Expertise:

  • Crane Movement Planning: Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place. Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Site Maintenance Infrastructure: Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.

Successful candidates will have relevant experience in wind project execution and a willingness to work across India. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve project goals.
