Field Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing products at customer locations across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain products at customer sites.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
