
Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Point Lead to drive channel expansion in the catchment territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and experience working with retail outlets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring performance of retail outlets
- Driving acquisition and revenue targets
- Operationalizing points within a centre
- Maintaining world-class customer experience at points
The successful Point Lead will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills, as well as proficiency in distribution management and negotiation.

About the RoleAs a Point Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction across multiple locations.
