Job Title: Urban Growth Manager

Location:

Bangalore, Jodhpur, Jaipur and New Delhi

About the Role:

As an Urban Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to acquire merchants and retailers from various segments. You will source, generate and close new acquisition leads while managing a team of direct sales people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy for merchant acquisition and relationship management.
  • Responsible for sourcing, generating and closing new acquisition leads.
  • Manage a team of direct sales people and coach them in acquisition and relationship management.
  • Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
  • Travel across cities to develop markets and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to coach others on sales techniques and possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to solve problems and work under deadline-driven environments.
  • Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to multitask and focus on details.
