Job Title: Lead Underground Station Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead underground station designer to lead the design development of underground stations for a major metro rail project.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of efficient and sustainable transportation systems.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design and development of underground stations, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop conceptual designs, detailed architectural designs, and construction documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive station layouts, incorporating architectural features, structural systems, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend modifications to existing station designs to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Architecture or related field, with 7+ years of experience in urban planning and design, particularly in mass rapid transit systems.
  • Proven track record of leading high-profile projects, managing budgets, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
