Lead a high-performing team of engineers as a Dy. Chief Structural Engineer for the design and delivery of underground structures in Surat Metro Rail Project Phase-1.

About the Role

This key position requires a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in civil engineering and relevant postgraduate education. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in metro railways or airport projects, with excellent written and oral English communication skills.

  • Review and approve preliminary and final designs of Underground structures.
  • Oversee detailed designs and good for construction drawings prepared by design development centers (DDC).
  • Approve modifications to approved plans, drawings, methodology, and temporary works during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering with Postgraduation Masters in relevant Field.
  • At least 20 years of Experience.
  • Relevant experience with minimum 7 years in Relevant experience in Metro Railways Airport Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
