We're seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include building intuitive dashboards, conducting ad hoc analyses, and bridging business usage analytics with system performance monitoring.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit.
- Design clear, well-structured visualizations with consistent labeling and color schemes.
- Extract meaningful insights from data, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance issues.
- Conduct time-series analysis, including forecasting and evaluation using metrics like MAE, RMSE, and MAPE.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on usage and system performance metrics.
- Clean, validate, and structure data for analysis while documenting assumptions and processing steps.
- Perform quick analyses using Excel/Google Sheets for rapid reporting.
- Segment data by relevant categories to enable comparisons and deeper drill-downs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders across multiple locations.
