Senior Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to join our team. As a senior data analyst, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking business insights by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with the ability to distill intricate data points into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop data visualizations and reports to track key performance metrics and trends.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses, including segmentation, regression, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
- Lead efforts to improve data quality and ensure consistency across datasets.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and storytelling.
- Support data-driven decision making by identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and experimentation techniques (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in customer analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of data engineering principles and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
