We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to contribute to the growth of our organization. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in harnessing the power of data to drive business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key business metrics and gather requirements for data insights.
  • Design and build new dashboards to address stakeholder needs, utilizing business intelligence visualization tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and dashboards based on evolving business requirements.
  • Publish clear documentation to inform users, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Streamline data efficiency by identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to infrastructure to optimize data landing time.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, providing thought partnership and driving results through creative and efficient solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or other data scripting languages.
  • Ability to learn and apply emerging data analytic toolkits depending on the problem statement.
  • Strong analytical strength and curiosity to understand and explain data observations.
