Key Business Development Executive Role

As a key business development executive, your primary objective will be to foster and manage long-standing relationships with assigned banking partners. You will drive the generation of health insurance business through their extensive branch networks. This role is pivotal in cultivating collaboration, supporting bank staff, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with allocated bank branches.
  • Drive and achieve business targets for health insurance products from designated bank branches.
  • Establish and maintain strong liaisons with bank management and branch staff to facilitate business development.
  • Regularly visit bank branches to engage with staff, provide product knowledge, and actively generate health insurance business.
  • Support bank personnel in understanding product offerings, addressing queries, and resolving concerns related to selling insurance.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Equivalent Graduate Qualification.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Sales (Insurance Sector Preferred).
