Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Associate Manager to lead our auditing team in planning and executing audits, reviews, or compilations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including US GAAP knowledge. Excellent communication and client service skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement teams on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations.
  • Oversee daily operations of audit engagements from staffing to conclusion.
  • Provide supervision and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with engagement partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently to meet client deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of public accounting experience with leadership and supervisory roles.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including US GAAP knowledge.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
