Lead a Sales Team for EdTech Growth

About This Role:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team (experience in EdTech is preferred).
  • Need fluency in Tamil and strong English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities.
  • Sales-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping learners grow.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering an excellent learner experience.
