Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Real World Data team. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for guiding a team of analysts in supporting the RFP process.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer problems and RWD assets. The team's goal is to deliver accurate responses to support pre-sales/sales teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. RFP Process Support: Lead a team of analysts in supporting the RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients.
  2. Consulting Delivery: Provide guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, including shaping how work is funnelled to offshore teams and optimizing its delivery.
  3. Data Lakes Creation: Build Indication Specific Data Lakes, productizing offerings by creating data lakes that can be used as delivery accelerators.
  4. Team Management: Manage and lead a team, working closely with global leaders to ensure a healthy team environment.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Expertise: Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.
  2. Education: A post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development.
  3. Team Leadership: At least 7-10 years of experience in leading globally distributed teams delivering consulting work in Data Science and Data Engineering.
  4. Work Experience: Total of 15-18 years of work experience, with 80% or more in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
