Lead AI Innovation Strategist

We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Innovation Strategist to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven AI strategy that enhances user experiences and drives business growth.
  • Lead the integration of AI and machine learning technologies to improve recommendation engines, automate testing, and enhance code quality.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to turn data into actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Build and inspire a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align AI innovations with business objectives and ensure timely execution of high-impact projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.
  • Experience in Python, R, or other programming languages for data science.
  • Ability to develop and mentor a high-performing AI/ML team.
  • Strategic orientation, cross-functional collaboration, business and financial acumen, and analytical thinking/problem-solving skills.
