Job Title: AI Transformation Specialist

This role will be instrumental in driving and scaling our enterprise AI capabilities, working closely with executive leadership and having high visibility across departments.

    • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
    • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
    • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
