Senior Manager- People

Key Objectives:
- To oversee the entire employee lifecycle within Puma India's Global Capability Centre, fostering an exceptional employee experience.
- Hiring, Onboarding, Training, and Development
- Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Payroll
- Collaborate with global teams to understand their resource requirements and obtain necessary approvals
- Manage the hiring process, including assessment centers, ensuring diverse team and geographic needs
- Responsible for employee onboarding, end-to-end payroll management, and monthly reporting to finance and other departments
- Enhance employee learning and development by providing updated content, trainers, and local/global training updates
- Implement engagement initiatives to boost employee experience
- Host talent conferences to provide global leaders with employee insights
- Ensure internal P&O audit compliance and complete relevant filings and documentation
- Manage employee separations through exit interviews, retention talks, and issue discussions with managers
- Address employee grievances
Eligibility Criteria and Educational Background:
- MBA with 8+ years of experience in HR business partnership or HR generalist roles
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, learning, and engagement, as well as employee relations
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, strong people management, and problem-solving skills
