Academic Guidance Specialist

We deliver world-class learning programs that help professionals upskill, accelerate their careers, and step into leadership roles.

This role involves conducting tele-counselling sessions to guide prospects in making informed decisions about our courses.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand candidate profiles, professional experience, and career aspirations to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Present program features, benefits, and USPs in a persuasive and consultative manner.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales process.
  • Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Update accurate records of leads and sales progress in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech industry sales (International Call Centre/Voice Process – mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of executive education/corporate training is a plus.
