About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our front-line outreach team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for engaging with students and parents over the phone, promoting our counseling services, and driving appointment bookings. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone with a passion for sales, education, and impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from our leads database
- Clearly explain our career counseling services and benefits
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and follow up consistently
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes
- Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth handovers
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident, persuasive, and driven to meet sales targets
- Strong listening skills and a student-friendly approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly call goals
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, call management tools)
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or the education sector is a plus
