Psychological Therapist Role

This is a dynamic, full-time position for a Psychological Therapist located on-site in Bengaluru. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, providing counseling and therapy, managing mental health concerns, and overseeing clinical supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapy interventions.
  • Manage and oversee clinical supervision, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health. Your expertise should include proficiency in Psychological Testing and Clinical Supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

For this position, we seek candidates with a Master's or Doctorate level degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field. Relevant licensure and certifications are required.
