Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously assess and improve development processes, tooling, and infrastructure to enhance team efficiency.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and make informed technical decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and dependencies to achieve strategic goals.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, bottlenecks, and issues promptly to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Foster professional growth through mentoring, training, and knowledge-sharing to upskill team members.
  • Implement metrics-based management practices to measure and enhance team performance and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 12–15 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in software development and at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
  • Proficiency in .NET and/or Java technology stack
  • Experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with engineering metrics-based management and continuous improvement
