We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small group of engineers working on various aspects of our products and infrastructure.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of technical leadership, mentorship, and recruitment. They should have significant experience as a software engineer, with expertise across multiple organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers in developing and implementing technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Develop and implement a technical strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of technical leadership experience in a fast-growth startup or established technology firm.
- Significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
