Job Title: Strategic Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team in a strategic leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, with a strong ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years FP&A/Finance experience: With a focus on financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational or international environment.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent Written and Spoken English: Excellent language skills to ensure effective communication with global stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Chartered Accountant (CA Inter): Essential qualification for this role, with a focus on finance and accounting principles.
  • MBA Finance: Desired qualification for advanced financial knowledge and leadership skills.
