Technical Automation Specialist

- We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team, responsible for analyzing and reviewing software requirements for automation testability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of Cucumber and Ruby. They should be able to create step definitions/bindings for feature files and validate user scenarios, as well as utilize development skills, data manipulation skills, and scripting skills to engineer technical, repeatable tests.
">In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams and work effectively in an Agile environment.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">- BE/BTech/ME/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development/Automation Testing, with at least 2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
">Strong hands-on experience in BDD tools like Cucumber, RSpec, etc., as well as scripting languages such as Ruby, PowerShell, Perl, Python, C#, etc.
">Excellent database skills, including MySQL and SQL Server, with experience on multiple test automation tools like Ruby Mine, QTP, Test Complete, etc.
">Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Chef, etc., and quick learner for new technologies with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
">Benefits">- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a strong team player mentality and proactive behavior
Additional notes: resources with Safe Agile experience and Scrum Master experience where at least 1-2 resources having experience handling small Scrum teams
">Resources with hands-on experience in Behavior-Driven Development and used tools like Cucumber, RSpec, etc.
">Knowledge of Multiple Test automation tool (Ruby Mine, QTP , Test Complete etc) 2 Exposure to CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Chef etc
">Exposure to Test and Defect tracking Tools
