Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles and processes, with expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To apply design thinking methodologies to develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives and user requirements.
  • To facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to understand project requirements, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  • To present design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  • To work within established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • To conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
  • To utilize tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping platforms to effectively communicate design ideas and deliverables.
  • To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • To stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work in cross-functional, agile environments.
