We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to lead our product team in crafting intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. With over 3 years of experience, you'll be responsible for the design process from ideation to final execution, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
In this role, you'll conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. You'll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications, translating complex business requirements into elegant user interfaces. You'll also collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines, and stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or tech-focused companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems.
