UX/UI Designer

We're seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Develop scalable design systems for visual consistency across products.
  • Conduct design reviews to ensure usability best practices.
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.
  • Adapt designs based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Report directly to the Head of Design and collaborate with leadership to ensure design quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems).
  • Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
