Role Summary:

We seek an accomplished Quality Assurance Engineer to guarantee seamless functionality across our ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and integrations. Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end test plans for NetSuite order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows; executing manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations.

Beyond this, the successful candidate will verify real-time data syncs between systems, debug API failures, audit error logs, and escalate to developers as needed.

Additional responsibilities include logging defects in Jira/Monday.com, tracking resolution SLAs, and retesting fixes. The ideal candidate will also build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing.

We are looking for a highly skilled QA engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, strong expertise in NetSuite ERP, and iPaaS tools. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a plus.

The following skills are required for this position:

  • Postman/Swagger (API testing)
  • Selenium/Playwright (UI automation)
  • Jira/Xray (test management)

Prior knowledge of platform-specific technologies is also beneficial:

  • NetSuite: Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports
  • Salesforce: Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers
  • Shopify: Liquid templating, GraphQL API
  • Celigo: Integration flows, error handling
