**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and project goals.

* Act as the main contact for clients on-site, addressing concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.
* Assist in establishing new vendor partnerships, fostering relationships that enhance operational efficiency and quality.
* Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, procurement, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of materials.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Implement proactive measures to identify and address potential issues, preventing escalations and ensuring continuous operational stability.
* Participate in project meetings, including kick-off meetings, design presentations, and progress updates.
* Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project status, budget performance, and key milestones.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
* Oversee the final quality assurance process, ensuring all work meets the company's quality standards before handover.
* Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all tasks and responsibilities.
* Review design concepts, drawings, and material selections to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
* Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate procurement and logistics, managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and installation.
* Develop and maintain an execution timeline, meticulously planning and coordinating project activities.
* Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and handed over to clients on time.
* Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and project management to enhance team capabilities.
* Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications:**

* 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Interior Design/Architecture.
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
* Strong design acumen and creativity, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
