Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Sr. Interior Designer to lead and oversee all design activities for corporate interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial spaces, workspace ergonomics, modern design trends, and sustainable design practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead the design team in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetic corporate interior designs.
  • Design Development: Develop design concepts that align with client briefs and project requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all stages of the design process, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations.
  • Team Management & Development: Manage and mentor a team of designers, architects, and junior designers.
  • Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in corporate interiors.
  • Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to sustainability principles, including LEED or equivalent green building certifications.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Collaborate with the procurement team to select cost-effective and quality materials.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants for material selection, installations, and specialized services.
Key Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in corporate interior design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Certifications: LEED Accreditation or similar sustainability certifications are preferred.
