Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Development to join our leadership team at Talentiser. This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth across multiple demand channels.

About the Position:
  • Directly collaborate with founders/CXOs and core leadership group.
Key Responsibilities:Revenue Growth:
  • Manage P&L accountability for growth initiatives with a focus on maintaining/improving margins.
Marketing Strategy:
  • Optimize marketing spend allocation across channels based on ROI.
Partnership Development:
  • Build deeper relationships with OTA partners.
Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across revenue management, online marketing, pricing, and distribution.
Requirements:
  • 9-10+ years of experience in scaling consumer-facing businesses, with at least 3-5 years in category/PnL leadership roles.
  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to attract and develop talent.
