R&D Ancillary Document Coordinator
Job Description:We are a global healthcare organization driven to improve lives through innovative science.
- Request and manage ancillary documents for our portfolio.
- Partner with vendors to prepare and request ancillary documents in line with our plans.
- Track and maintain ancillary documents in our Vault RIM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skillful project management and regulatory knowledge for tracking activities.
- In-depth understanding of ancillary document requests per region.
- Creation and maintenance of templates for specific ancillary document requests.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, particularly in Regulatory Operations and or Regulatory Affairs.
- Detailed knowledge of regulatory dossier standards and requirements.
- Proficiency in RIM systems, MS Windows environment, and desktop productivity applications.
