About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing and growing existing accounts, while identifying new opportunities to expand Genpact's footprint in the manufacturing sector.
  • Developing relationships with sales organizations and creating effective go-to-market strategies.
  • BUILDING CREATIVE AND PROFITABLE COMMERCIAL MODELS for Genpact.
  • Establishing data-driven strategies to inform promotional planning and execution.
  • Developing industry insights and consultative skills to drive client engagement.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to drive momentum on new deals and successful conversions.
  • Project managing internal cross-functional issue resolution and response.
  • Developing a growth strategy that balances financial gains and customer satisfaction.
  • Fostering a culture of trust, respect, and transparency within the team and with clients.
  • Ensuring operational excellence through governance, project prioritization, and team resource optimization.
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs for deductions recovery and developing recovery processes.
  • Maintaining an innovative mindset to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase client value.
  • Translating strategic objectives into executable plans.
  • Coordinating collateral requirements for customer meetings with key partners.
  • Performing SWOT analysis, due diligence, and financial statement reviews to assess business impact.
  • Promoting automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Developing business case studies showcasing value share impacts for new and existing customers.
  • Mentoring highly motivated teams to achieve exceptional results.">

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A rich experience in sales and commercial spaces, including trade planning to execution.
    • An understanding of the market and ability to connect Genpact with industry players.
    • A university graduate degree.
    • Well-developed and proven skills in project management and client engagement.
    • The ability to manage global teams, develop/groom, and build skill sets.
    • A proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into workable operational processes.
    • Past experience in directly managing clients and retailers.
    • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose.
    • Ambitious to research different industry sectors, consultative skills, executive presence, and reciprocity.">
