SAP Transformation Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Transformation Leader to join our team at Carrier. Your expertise in SAP and integration with other applications/systems will enable us to streamline our processes and drive business value.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of S/4HANA transformation projects
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution designs align with the overall ERP enterprise architecture
* Oversee the optimization and transformation of modules within the S/4HANA framework
* Configure and customize SAP modules to meet organizational requirements
* Manage global, cross-functional teams responsible for SAP implementation and support

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 15 years of experience in defining and maintaining global templates and playbooks for SAP modules
* Strong business analysis skills and experience in process mapping, redesign, and implementation
* Experience in design, delivery, and support of SAP Central Finance and S/4 HANA environments
* Expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN)
* Working knowledge of System Landscape Transformation Server (SLT), Application Interface Framework (AIF), Application Link Enabling (ALE), and Master Data Governance (MDG)
