We are seeking a seasoned JIRA Cloud Specialist to oversee and optimize our company's JIRA Cloud environment and its integrations with key enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and enhance JIRA Cloud configurations, workflows, permissions, and automation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and maintain integrations with ServiceNow, Aha, Confluence, and other essential tools to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and IT teams to support Agile and Scrum practices, driving business value through iterative development and delivery.
  • Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies using JIRA and Confluence to ensure effective project management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom views for stakeholders to provide actionable insights and data-driven decision making.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for JIRA Cloud and integrated tools to ensure high adoption rates and end-user satisfaction.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA Cloud administration, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow and its integration with JIRA, leveraging REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting for tool integrations.
  • Familiarity with Aha and Confluence in a product management context, with a deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Atlassian certification (e.g., Jira Administrator, Jira Service Management) to demonstrate expertise and commitment to best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise-level JIRA Cloud environments, with knowledge of ITSM and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Access and user provisioning, as well as automation tools like ScriptRunner or Automation for Jira.
