Job Title: Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

**About the Role:**We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Remote, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing hybrid cloud solutions using Azure Stack Hub.

**Key Responsibilities:**. Design and implement scalable and secure hybrid cloud infrastructure using Azure Stack Hub architecture
. Manage capacity, upgrades, patching, and health of physical and virtual infrastructure
. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Azure Stack integration with Azure services and on-premises systems
. Monitor performance and resolve complex infrastructure issues
. Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks
. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
. Implement security and compliance measures in accordance with industry standards
. Coordinate with vendors for support and lifecycle management
. Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when necessary

**Requirements:**. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
. 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with 3+ years in Azure Stack Hub
. Deep knowledge of Azure Stack Hub architecture, scale units, ERCS, SLB/MUX, and update management
. Experience in integrating with Azure Arc, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Key Vault
. Strong scripting experience (PowerShell, ARM, Bicep)
. Knowledge of hybrid identity (ADFS, Azure AD Connect)
. Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization (Hyper-V)
. Excellent communication and leadership skills
. Relevant certifications: AZ-600, AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.
