Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee the development and optimization of our automated test infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of skilled software engineers in enhancing build-test pipelines to facilitate faster feature delivery.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Your expertise in managing projects throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) will be invaluable in driving automation strategies that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD workflows.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software engineers in optimizing build-test pipelines
  • Collaborate with global teams to refine automation strategies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Mentor and develop engineers to foster technical excellence

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of technical management experience, leading software engineers while remaining hands-on
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Golang, or similar languages
  • Proven track record of managing projects throughout the SDLC
  • Demonstrated expertise in automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience troubleshooting complex automation systems
