Process Improvement Specialist

The role involves providing operational support to assigned stakeholders and functions. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing inventory, preparing reports, drafting communications, and assisting in process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage student onboarding inventory, school readiness, etc.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for performance monitoring.
- Draft and circulate professional emails, notices, and communication updates.
- Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ability in email drafting and professional correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
