Role Overview:
A leadership role is available to lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing direction, guidance, and motivation to achieve business targets and implement financial inclusion programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of branch staff to ensure successful implementation of our financial inclusion programs.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring effective implementation of all policies and procedures.
- Strategic Execution: Drive initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and expand reach.
- Performance & Cost Control: Monitor financial performance, control operational costs, and implement strategies for profitability and sustainable growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
- Experience: Prior experience in a leadership role within banking, finance, or microfinance.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in the local language.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Education: A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
