
Staffing Solutions Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
This role is critical in driving business growth through existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
- Establish and grow long-term client partnerships by providing strategic account management and technical expertise.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Understand clients' complex staffing requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field to demonstrate a solid foundation in business principles and technical knowledge.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry to possess a deep understanding of the market and its dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas to demonstrate sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines to provide expert guidance and advice to clients.
Required skills include Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Contract Negotiation, IT Industry Knowledge, Network Engineering Industry Knowledge, Strategic Account Planning, Sales Forecasting, Presentation Skills, Project Management, Team Collaboration, and Competitive Market Analysis.
