ESG Auditor Job Description

This role involves conducting on-site and remote supplier audits covering environmental practices, labor and human rights, health & safety, ethics, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supplier assessments, ESG data collection, and audit reporting, with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Conducting supplier audits to evaluate their compliance with international standards and client-specific codes of conduct.
  • Performing risk-based assessments to identify ESG gaps, red flags, and improvement opportunities.
  • Reviewing supplier documents for authenticity and compliance.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports with findings, ratings, and corrective action recommendations.
  • Supporting suppliers in building corrective action plans and monitoring implementation progress.

This position requires collaboration with procurement, sustainability, and compliance teams to integrate ESG considerations into supplier selection and evaluation processes.
