We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth and success of our Professional Services team. As a Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Managing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, including implementation, training, consulting, and strategic guidance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align client needs with company goals
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading professional services functions in the SaaS industry. They will possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal. A deep understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud technology, and enterprise software deployments is also essential.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a proven ability to manage large-scale, complex implementations. Strong project management skills, with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, are also required.

Prior experience in a leadership position is necessary, with a proven track record of improving and scaling service delivery processes through digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive innovation.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with 8+ years of experience in professional services. Relevant certifications, such as PMP or ITIL, are also desirable.
