Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities.

This is a crucial role that demands a thorough understanding of precast industry standards and best practices.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures, conducting regular inspections, collaborating with the production team, and managing inventory of spare parts and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborating with the production team to schedule repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Managing inventory of spare parts and equipment to facilitate prompt maintenance and repairs.
  • Providing technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during maintenance activities.
  • Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections for future reference.
  • Participating in the evaluation and procurement of new maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (full-time).
  • 5-10 years of experience in the construction field, preferably with a focus on mechanical maintenance.
