Play Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our indoor play center and party venue for kids in Mulund, Mumbai. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing chain with 10+ centers across premium locations in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading client interactions and guest relations, as well as managing day-to-day operations and supervising staff.

  • Lead all client interactions and guest relations, presenting sales pitches about the center and its offerings to prospective clients.
  • Handle events at the center from enquiry and booking stages to complete execution, including supervising various departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, repair and maintenance.
  • Manage overall day-to-day operations and running of the center, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Handle client escalations and grievances, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and lead staff, coordinating their activities and driving team performance.
  • Lead various teams, standardizing processes around housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage operations, and cleanliness of the center.
  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports, maintain basic accounts and petty cash for the center, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Experience in handling operations and leading teams.
  • Strong communication skills.

Location: Mulund, Mumbai.
