Lead Regional Compliance Expert

This role involves overseeing the physical security compliance program at data centers, ensuring all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The Lead Regional Compliance Specialist will manage a geographically distributed team of Regional Compliance Specialists and collaborate across teams to improve policies and training.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists
  • Conduct and support audits and evaluations, ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies
  • Implement control measures to manage risk and identify potential compliance risks
  • Deliver clear and timely reports, conduct training sessions, and facilitate meetings
  • Suggest process optimization by identifying gaps and improving workflow efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience or a combination of both
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative and able to handle multiple priorities

About the Role

The Lead Regional Compliance Specialist will work closely with data center operations to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across global and regional teams.

This position involves up to 50% travel, so a passion for travel and flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are essential. A valid passport is also required.

You must have reliable means of communication, transportation, and be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
