Job Title: Operations Director

Reports To: General Manager - Operations

Our organization is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our IVF centers in delivering exceptional patient care and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Director will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and process optimization across our IVF centers.

  • Develop annual operating plans and performance targets aligned with our corporate strategy.
  • Maintain achievement of financial and operational targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Lead cost optimization and compliance initiatives to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manage medical records to maintain audit readiness.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance.
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in local markets.
  • Coordinate monthly profit and loss statements with the corporate management information system (MIS) team.
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics to improve overall performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to drive high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets, including revenue and earnings before interest and taxes.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score 90%) and retention.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements.
  • Process-driven approach with attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.
